Web Framework Developer

Location: Poland, remote

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Web Framework developer to become a key player in our Polish team. If you're a seasoned Web Framework Developer and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the web framework for the Sapiens IDIT insurance product.
• Designs and implements technological requirements in the product (mostly front-end side) and the DevOps supporting it.
• Develop new web components and improv of existing ones.
• Handle the frontend-to-backend integration.
• In charge of backend generation of front-end screens.
• Improve the product for high application performance.
• Mentor, support and assist development teams in solving technological challenges.

Technologies in use: Front-end: HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS / Backend: Java

What to Have for this position:
Must have Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in web application development in HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn new and complex topics quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and as an independent contributor.
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience in building web framework.
• Java knowledge and experience.
